Béla made it safely to the UK! We picked him up from Heathrow and took him to the place we are staying nearby. Here he is this morning looking much more relaxed and happier. Thank you again for all your help. We're very grateful.

Special shoutout to our personal vet in Korea Dr. Iruo Jung!! I won't lie, we were worried flying ppoppo to a different country alone but not long enough, our worries turned to trust. We saw how you treat ppoppo like your own. Your service was beyond expectations. You even agreed to set up our cctv to your clinic and home, even if it means compromising your privacy. But you still did it. You understood our sentiments. Thank you so much Dr. Jung! 

We were surprised how ppoppo was extra sweet and clingy now. No more hissing and growling! He turned into a much tamed cat you compared before. And he's no longer anti social lol. Words aren't enough to express how thankful we are. Please visit us here in Australia so we can tour you around hehe 😊

처음 해외로 반려동물을 보내는 거라 걱정이 많았는데, 세심하게 안내해주시고 준비 과정도 꼼꼼하게 도와주셔서 마음이 놓였습니다. 

출국 당일과 출국 후 비행 상황까지 소식을 공유해주셔서 가족 모두 안심할 수 있었어요. 처음부터 끝까지 책임감 있게 도와주셔서 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 반려동물의 안전을 최우선으로 생각해주시는 모습이 인상깊었어요.

무엇보다 로키를 세심하게 잘 돌봐주시고 한국 오는데 큰 도움주셔서 덕분에 드디어 저희 가족이 완성 되었네요 ㅎㅎ다음에도 이송할 일이 생기면 꼭 다시 이용하겠습니다!
